**Your reservation requires delivery because you have an item that we do not allow to be picked up. **

*Rental Items will be Curbside Delivery & Pickup.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for all rental items I have selected, including their proper use, care, and return in the same condition as received. I understand that deposits, cancellation policies, delivery terms, and liability responsibilities have been outlined and accepted.

We require 50% deposit to get on our calendar, the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
