We have tried to make it as easy as possible with our reservation form. All buttons on our website that say “Reserve Now”, link over to this form. The form starts with items you select, then moves on to your information about your event, and then yourself.

Absolutely not, we allow you to rent as little, or as much as you need for your event. 

Yes, to get on our calendar we require a 50% deposit. 

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

While technically our rental periods are only a day, we do try to be extremely flexible and understanding of how stressful and busy your schedules are around your events. As much as we can, we try to allow for pickups the day before, and dropoffs the day after. Sometimes during the busy season we need to change this policy, but it is rare and only with certain items.

Yes, we do offer delivery and pickup however it does cost extra. Check out our delivery page for details on the fees. We do offer a $50 discount if your total reservation amount is over $500. 

We offer delivery to most of Utah, if you don’t see your county on our reservation form, reach out to us about the delivery cost.

Please keep in mind that the delivery/pickup is curbside. 

This can vary depending on our overall schedule. We try to accomodate your schedule as much as possible. Put in your expected times and dates in the notes of your reservation and we will contact you to confirm those times and days. We start to figure out our exact schedule about 7 days before your event so we will contact you at that point to confirm. 

Absolutely, if you have a vehicle that can accomodate your rental items we do allow for you to pick up and drop off your rental items at our location in Cedar Hills, UT. Some items require a trailer because of how large they are. There are also some items that require setup. Normally we offer the setup for free as part of the delivery/pickup of those items, however we can provide instructions on how to setup those items. 
There are some items we DO NOT allow pickup and delivery such as our 5ft Letters, bounce house, etc. 

Yes, we do offer setup and takedown however this is for an extra fee. It is typically $1 per item rented. 

We accept credit card / debit cart payments and Venmo. 

Yes, you can make changes to your reservation. If you are wanting to add items to your reservation, as long as those items are still available then we can defintely add them to your reservation. Just call or email us to make those changes. 

We don’t technically allow cancellations because we hold those items for you, and most likely have told other people those items are not available. Our official policy is you need to pay 50% to reserve those items. Then 7 days before your event the remaining balance is due. The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations 7 days or less before your event are non-refundable. 

Yes, if an item is damaged or lost, you will be responsible to pay for the replacement. Contact us immediately or let us know asap so we can work that out with you. 

We recommend reserving as soon as you can! This guarantees the items are available for your event, and are held for you. Rental items are held on a first come first serve basis. 

That being said, as long as items are available, we do allow for same day reservations. Delivery and pickup are a different story however as that depends on our schedule. 

Unfortuntately we do not refund cold spark machine powder that wasn’t used. This is for the safety and guarantee that our machines use new powder that hasn’t been tampered with.
