Delivery Policy for your Event Rentals

At Party All Day Rentals, our goal is to provide a smooth, reliable, and stress-free delivery experience for every customer. Please review the following Delivery Policy to understand how our delivery, setup, pickup, and scheduling processes work.

Delivery Areas

Party All Day Rentals provides delivery throughout all of the state of Utah. Our delivery fees for Utah County & Salt Lake County, and surrounding areas can be found on our reservation form. Delivery outside our standard service area is available but requires a custom quote. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on:

  • Delivery distance

  • Travel Time

  • Venue type and accessibility

Delivery prices are provided on the reservation form unless a custom quote is required.

Delivery Window

To ensure punctual service, we offer structured delivery windows:

Standard Delivery Window

Deliveries are typically made in a window that is convenient Party All Day Rentals and the client before your event start time, unless otherwise scheduled.

Exact-Time Delivery

If your event or venue requires a precise delivery time, an exact-time delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. This must be scheduled in advance and approved by our team.

Curbside Delivery

For curbside delivery/pickup items:

  • Delivery will be made to the nearest ground-level accessible area
  • We do not deliver up or down stairs unless pre-approved

The renter is responsible for placing items where they will be used and returning them to the delivery location for pickup

Rental items that are not placed in the same location they were delivered are subject to a Product Recovery Fee.

Pickup Policy

Pickups are made 1-3 hours after your event. For events that go later in the evening, the pickup would ideally be made the following day. For the pickup time, window of time is given that is agreed upon by Party All Day Rentals and the client . 

Exact-Time Pickup

If a venue requires a strict pickup time—such as a park, church, school, or reception center—please notify us. Exact-time pickup is available for an additional fee.

Accessibility & Obstacles

Please inform us before delivery if the setup area includes:

  • Stairs/Elevators

  • Long distances from parking

  • Narrow gates

  • Soft or uneven ground

  • Indoor-only access windows

  • Locked or restricted areas

Failure to provide accurate delivery information may result in delays or additional fees.

After-Hours Delivery & Pickup

Requests outside standard delivery hours (8am–10pm) may be arranged for an additional fee. Availability is limited and must be scheduled in advance.

Changes to Delivery Details

Any updates to your delivery address, time, or setup location must be submitted at least 48 hours before your event. Last-minute changes are subject to availability and may include additional charges.
