Party Tents for Rent
Party All Day Rentals has a few tents available for rent for every type of party or event. From our simple 10’x10′ popup tents to our larger 20’x40′ party tents. Party All Day Rentals has set up tents all over Utah for different types of events from corporate events to weddings. Our tents are high quality, well maintained, and professionally setup and taken down by our trained team.

These tents provide protection from the elements, mainly the sun in the summer! The party tents are a great way to host guests and give them some shade relief with tables, chairs, food prep or serving, or other activities like games or even dancing with our dance floors!
Having a large event? No problem, our tents can be used together to either create a long tent, or larger area by placing them side by side. Needing additional protection? We also offer sidewalls and endwalls that can be added to the tent for an additional fee.
Things to Consider when Renting a Tent
There are a couple things to consider when choosing a tent size, those are:
- How much space you have for the tent
- How much space you have available to place a tent, whether at a park or in your backyard, make sure you measure to see if the needed tent size will fit in our area.
- Budget to rent a tent
- Renting a tent can take a large part of your event budget, considering the total price of the tent can help figure out the size or type of tent rental
- How many guests are attending your event
- If you are needing a large group of people with tables and/or chairs, that would require a larger tent size compared to a smaller party with just a few people that could fit under one of our popup tents
- Do you need tables, chairs or other items to be under the tent?
- Adding equipment such as chairs and tables can sometimes bump up the size of the tent
By thinking through some of these questions you can quickly narrow down what size of tent you need to rent.
